You _can_ rename. Please read the Redhat reseller charters.

Redhat does not permit its name to be used if it is resold, like if
anyone is redistributing Redhat ISOs downloaded and burnt, then they can
be called "RHL", "MyHardHat" or whatever. You cannot call it Redhat. You
can claim however that is based on RHL.
