/etc/sysconfig/network has a entry for HOSTNAME this will decide the
hostname for your machine (not the FQDN) it should mention only wolly
even though RedHat insists on doing the wrong thing and pushing the
FQDN in HOSTNAME variable during installation.

The fix is to have a line in /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1  wolly.com wolly

This will make sure you have the correct hostname and you also have a
FQDN as required by LPD and sendmail.
