This is  a NO problem scene.  Things are easier since  both OSs
are on independent  devices. The following dual  boot mechanism
have been tried by  me under dual boot from the  same HDD. They
all have worked:

a) grub
b) LILO
c) NT loader through boot.ini (I have tried this  on  NT not 2k
   but the method remains same ... I have a document on this on
