This should work most of the cases, if it works put it into your rc.local or somewhere you like so that it gets setup during startup. Or if you dont have mii-tool or mii-tool is not working for some reasons. You can give the full duplex options while inserting the modules, there could be one full_duplex option which will work for your driver. Pass full_duplex option set to one while inserting the module.
