I could not sent mail with sendmail the errors are as below:
As you can see my mail server is 69.93.0.146 my access file is also given below for SMPT auth.

I think you might just stick to plain or login (your mailserver does only login and cram-md5) so use only login
If you want to use cram-md5, i think you'd have to base64 encode the password locally in the Authinfo file [just guessing]. Anyway just use LOGIN for now ...
