Your extended partition ID(Type) is 5 which is the old type of DOS Extended partition. The newer extended Partitions have ID(Type) "F". This happens if you had said "No" to the query "Enable Large Disk Support" in DOS FDISK program. If you dont have any data on the Logical drives delete them and recreate them but this type while using DOS FDISK - enable Large Disk Support with a YES. below is my HDD table.
