I think you have a mail loop. Why is your sendmail relaying to 127.0.0.1? Show the contents of your /etc/mail/local-host-names and /etc/mail/sendmail.cw. Further, is this box the MX for magnusquest.com? Is DNS setup for magnusquest.com and working properly?
