I think you have a mail loop. Why is your sendmail relaying to 127.0.0.1?
Show the contents of your /etc/mail/local-host-names and /etc/mail/sendmail.cw.
Further, is this box the MX for magnusquest.com? Is DNS setup for magnusquest.com and working properly?
Ah no... this is just 8.12.x sendmail's submission daemon (when called from localhost using sendmail -bs or otherwise) passing mail to the main daemon on port 25 for delivery.
The daemon then tries to connect to magnusquest.com's IP and deliver the mail - gets rejected because of the bogus from.
