Well, typical public sector. Nobody quite knows who is in charge, 
especially when you have a IT head who has little to do with Computers. 
And my Linux box is a loner among Windows 2000s ,XPs and NTs. 
These youngsters in here are just dangerouly curious to fiddle around.
