We use the following list on our exim servers.

list.dsbl.org :  bl.spamcop.net : sbl.spamhaus.org : relays.ordb.org :
relays.visi.com :
dnsbl.sorbs.net=127.0.0.2,127.0.0.3,127.0.0.4,127.0.0.5,127.0.0.7 :
opm.blitzed.org : cbl.abuseat.org

These are all automated and do not need user intervention at their side.
So, host removals are more simpler and easier.
