My question is there any GUI tools available for configuring/generating .muttrc like fetchmailconf ?
So that i can configure multiple POP/IMAP accounts ?

Actually OE has the best imap handling + search capablities of the lot (at least from my personal experience fetching about two to three thousand emails a day over imap)
Ha. Fat chance. You forget mutt ;-)
With a gui i mean, with these 2K..3K emails a day spread across multiple imap folders, different servers. If all I had was one Inbox folder or even one account I'd use mutt, but Thunderbird is a lot more convenient
