I had similiar problems with my A7V600 apparently these boards are very picky
about the RAM they work with.(There is a list of supported models on their
website.)In my case Hynix RAM would only work at 266Mhz on my box... I got it
changed to Kingmax.. and now it works okay at 266/333/400Mhz.

Get into the BIOS.. and set your FSB to 266/333 manually and see if the
instability persists.

Does the 2400+ come with a Barton core ? (If your CPU is running at 266Mhz
FSB... there no point in setting your RAM to run at 333Mhz.)
