I know a few of cyber cafe people in Bangalore who are running their cafe
on Linux. And they are pretty happy with it. Some of these guys have
really small cyber cafes! And they do call people to help with the
maintenance of the systems. Some of these people don't know much about
computers but have linux loaded due to the advantages involved.
