You might need to set a smarthost in your MTA (sendmail) depending
on your ISP/recipient's MTA, but in most cases having a proper email
address for yourself (my_hdr From: "John Q. Public <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>")
and "set envelope_from=yes" in your muttrc is more than enough.
