http://spamblock.outblaze.com/spamchk.html has a list of what we use.

yeah - or yahoo, hotmail, email.com, lycos etc.  We kill several hundred to a
few thousand of these accounts a day with automated scripts that detect 'em
as soon as they start spamming out of our webmail interface [spamassassin +
bogofilter]. We kill a few dozen manually every day as well, based on user
complaints.

*.blackholes.us is a complete waste of time.
