Thanks for this, looks like good tool. I also found
another one on sourceforge. 
Zabbix (http://www.zabbix.com/)
Have to study and compare them.
But this is good, one tool which can potentially
replace two expensive tools :-)

Complicated task. Teamsite is one application which is
quite good and very good in its area, providing
multiple areas like movement of documents between
Workarea, staging, prelive and live accompanied by
template driven static page development/deployment.
Tough task to find replacement for this tool.
