Will running :Yes! if you cant change the boot order of your hard disk, (or if your Windows 98 doesn't like it at all), this might help.
# grub-install /dev/hda help? I have windows 98 on hda drive. So I did not do this as I was not sure.
Note: Make sure that you run a 'FDISK /MBR' from your Windows 98 rescue disk *if you remove the second hard disk* at a later point of time.
