The memory of your machine, could be the culprit. Try performing a thorough test of your system memory using a memory diagnostic tool (either memtest86 or memtest86+. Check out http://www.memtest86.org for more info). Other possible (though less likely) culprit could be an overheating CPU or host bus controller on your motherboard. Check to see if your CPU coolant fans are functional, and that the host bus controller chip is not too hot. Also try to reset your BIOS settings to company defaults (just in case if you had changed these BIOS settings relevant to memory controller and the host bus controller - speed, latency and so on...). Perhaps these steps might be of some help.
