The APT repository at ftp.iitm.ac.in is almost complete, but lacks a few packages. After installing Knoppix, I changed the sources.list to look in ftp.iitm.ac.in for everything, and then, what I did is: apt-get update apt-get -t unstable dist-upgrade Is this right? Or is it some other command? Well, as I've already said, now, I am unable to star KDE. I can start X, but KDE wn't run. So, I did apt-get kdm, but then, KDM crashes. Thanks.
