Hi,
Our mailserver is hit with large number of spam mail bounces from legitimate domains. We have now blocked the mails from Postmaster and MAILER-DAEMON. Is there any better way of doing this.
To explain more, the spam mails sender is using one of our mail id as the envelope sender id and sending spam to lot of mailservers with random usernames. These mails get bounced from them mostly because of user not available. I can not block these domains as they are not spam senders. How do i block these mails.
We are using qmail + ldap now. I have put assp in front of qmail to block these mails. Any better solution will be greatly appreciated.
