Thanks. I will try to do more investigation.

However I have appended below signature the output of uptime, top and
memstat. I coluld not find any process which seems to be using more
memory.

I have also appended "ls /etc/rc2.d/*", which gives list of services
running. I have tried to stop many. Please suggest if I can stop more, or
any essential service which need to be running.
