If the data is that important to you, I suggest giving your had disk
to one of the commercial data recovery vendors in your city. They are
quite cheap actually. I think you should be able to recover your disk
for something like Rs. 3000. Of course, they will not be able to
recovery EVERYTHING. Just whatever is maximally possible using the
tools they have.
