Some of your modules get loaded by /etc/modules.
Majority get loaded by hotplug (or should I say udev now)
Now when Discover starts its job, it finds devices but also finds that the
modules for them are already loaded (by hotplug or /etc/modules), so that's
a pretty simple self-explanatory message "already loaded".
