2.6.13.x patches are against the vanilla 2.6.13 kernel
You'll find a diff between 2.6.13.2 and 13.3 - apply that.
If you need what's in those minor revisions that is .. sometimes .x
versions are not more than a few lines changed in a driver that you dont
use at all
