If your phone came with a data cable you could use it or you'll need to buy an USB infra-red dongle.(costs around Rs.400) (some mobos come with an option for onboard IR replacing one of the serial ports) You should be able to sync stuff using multisync/kitchensync and transfer files using opexftp/openobex.
