I have an rs482m2 motherboard with onboard SATA.
I tried various distros but was only able to install Knoppix.
No other distro recognised the SATA hdd.
The SATA controller has some issues with any hdd or cd drive attached to
the ide.
I even tried to attach a PCI SATA card and attached the sata hdd to the
same with no favourable results.
