Dear LIH, I am working on resurrecting the erstwhile Linux Delhi Hall Of Shame, which lists a set of (typically Indian or useful to Indian) websites which are not standards compliant, in the sense that they are designed to work with specific proprietary software applications or operating systems. Full details of criteria and current list of sites in the Hall of Shame are available here:
