The reason why I stopped working on this, is because I didn't feel this was the
best way to implement this "project". A *much* better way is to setup a bugzilla
somewhere, report each incident as a bug, and keep the full communication
history with the org in the bug. And yes, a "QA" team to see if the problem has
gone away and only then close the bug.

Right now, there is almost no context to each of the reports.
