Hey you can't do that! E-Mail services that support only a web based
interface cannot be used with normal POP clients. You have to browse
their interface to read mail, unless some intelligent program does the
browsing for you! One such program (actually a perl script) exists for
Hotmail mail accounts. But the problem with such programs is that each
time Hotmail decides to change their web interface, you will have to
update your mail retrieval program (if updates are available) to
recognize the new format.
Apart from that, such programs will be much slower that POP clients. Why
don't you sign up for a free POP3 mail account? You can get a list of
free e-mail providers from http://www.emailaddresses.com
