I reinstalled the printer using add new in printtools. Its a NCP printer .I have
properly
specified the password, username, IP address and the queue. When I fire a testpage,
its says
printing. But I don't get a printout. I checked the troubleshooting in printtools. It
says
for such a problem the suppress header should be disabled. But I am not able to
disable it.
I disable it and when I again open edit printer properties I find that it is enabled.
What
should I do?
