Actually what i am looking for is a utility that allows one to tweak with the
settings and also see the universal process take place with regard to the
process being changed
For eg If i renice  kmf at -17 and kppp at -19 then i should  be in a position
to see  maximum memory  usage  along with how much more computing power i can
squeez out of the cpu while at the same time i do not have to wait for a
process to end before the next i decide to start i believe there should be a
utility some where on the net
