Sendmail should always relay and deliver to local users, out of the box.
No tweaking required.

Outgoing mails are delivered through your smarthost (IBM's smtp server) I
suppose, or through the sendmail on your box?

Send it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] - for example if I wanted to send
to local users, I'd send to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
