Question is how do you run gl quake without glide ? are there glide
wrappers for linux ? anyone please help !! i searched all ove
glideunderground no dice ? Also I upgraded my home system to mandrake
7.0 and squake stopped working .Is this a problem with the libraries ?
Do i need to muck around with LD _LIBRARY_PATH ? i suspect they are
linked to libc5 .

Does anyone have experience in using tar -M -L with floppy disks ?
should I mount the disk and then try to tar to /mnt/floppy
or should i try to tar to /dev/fd0 ?
/dev/fd0 doesn't seem to work.
