Hey Man its not simple ftp.. u have to change in ur /etc/bootptab or
/etc/bootparams (whichever applicable)
I am giving u a sample config file(bootptab)

:ht=ethernet:\
:hd=/tftpboot:bf=null:\
/* This is the line u have to change// Do not add the comment though ;) */
:ds=192.168.1.4:\

Find ur tftp daemon usually in /usr/bin or simply install bootp-x.x.x ...
and u will find it.
