Holy cow !
        Are you planning to run a DOS/Win .exe file on Linux by changing
perms ? Would love to see _that!_

        And hey, you are suggesting a supposedly normal user to write to
/bin. That is only for the fruity root-y. So would that mean that that
normal users cannot run executables ?? (Assuming they are of the normal
types.. like me hihi ;)

        The way to go should be use some kind of an emulator like WINE
(Windooze Emulator, probbly the longest running 'unstable' product on
Linux... ) or VMWare type of virtual machine implemenatations.

        Check out www.vmware .com / or was it org ?
        and www.winehq.org .. Search google.. i cuold be wrong.

<apologies>
Sanjeev, we know you are new and I do not mean to be rude. But an
unwritten rule on this list is to be careful while posing questions and
EXTRA careful while replying. Check it out for ur self and then write, if
possible.
Else, be prepared to get flamed.
Anyway, welcome once again !
Happy Tuxing.
</apologies>
