It would be nice to have a Changelog file, to see quickly
what has been changed, and what is the kernel patch level.
One Changelog file would be enough for all irda stuff,
located in /src/linux/net/irda, and relating to all changes in
/src/linux/include/net/irda and /src/linux/drivers/net/irda
