Well, in this case it's a multi io chip: PCI and ISA Controller, etc.
I post this just to let u know on what bus the nsc is..

I did it, any change. It still don't work. Windows is using the
resources io=0x2f8, irq=3 and dma=1, which seems to be the SIR
interface...
