I tried transferring a file from the Palm to the laptop with kernel
2.4.6. Interestingly, attempting to transmit from the Palm to the T21
results in the following output from irdadump:

which contains two new lines showing a "set normal response mode" frame
and an "unnumbered acknowledgement" frame. After pausing for a few
seconds, the cycle repeats; the file remains untransferred.
I don't know if this will help, but I thought it could be important.
