first I thougt you missed irdadump from the first post now 
I'am realizing you want the output of irdadump *while* 
connecting... Sorry my fault.

Meanwhile I limited max_baud_rate to 9600. It "works" 
I still can't use the s25-logo (but this might be the fault 
of the s25-logo). 
After some trials system freezed and I had to use the 
magic sys rq keys.
