What about the IrDA Howto ?
There are instructions on my web pages that are simpler and
more uptodate than the Howto, but the Howto contains lots of good
stuff.
You will need :
1) If the pager really uses IrDA or some proprietary suff
2) Find which type of dongle it is (try all, verify with irdadump)
3) Find what protocol the pager is using (irdadump again)
