M700 with RedHat 7.2 and 7.2.93 here, Ericsson T39 phone. Kernel is 2.4.19-pre7-ac2 right now, and has worked reliably since 2.4.19-pre5 (both AC and plain releases. > First I got it work with irtty & Ircomm driver but this setup had IR > port speed problems (pppd always died after some 60sec) + stability > problems (often the laptop didnt see the phone..reboot helped). Getting reliable 115200bps here, even with the odd "NETDEV"-message. > Also I have my laptop logs filled in with "IrLAP, no activity on > link!" and "NETDEV WATCHDOG: irda0: transmit timed out" messages. > No other device uses that IRQ (irq 3), also UART is set to NONE, > serial module is removed, etc. > Ditto. > Tried also HP Omnibook 6100 laptop with Nokia 6310 and it worked very > well with irtty & Ircomm driver.
