I have had this sometimes too, sometimes if I don't have
all the modules insmod'd, sometimes rmmoding them and
putting them back fixes it.
However, my girbil dongle arrived today, and despite
it all saying it was running fine, I couldnt get the
girbil and the built in IR port to see each other
in discovery.
