I apologize for repeating some questions since I didn't receive most of the responses! I only learned it when looking at the web archive. I have to see why is that... However, since I can read the web, I see and appreciate all the responses and I will try them all! I have a separate question -- I saw my Nokia 6140 has an IR port, and until I saw this site, I didn't realize it can communicate via IrOBEX! I wonder, can I beam phones from a Palm to Nokia and back? I know it would go around Linux, but perhaps it's related, and you can enable-disable something from your laptop or use it in between?
