First of all you need irda working on your laptop. No discovery-messages
meens no irda. Can you tell me:
What hardware are you using?
What OS and kernel-version you have?
Also send me output from "cat /proc/modules/" and "ps axu | grep
irattach"
Natrually you also need to enable IR on the phone.
You are not sitting at Ericsson in Lund by any chance?
