Despite the fact that the archives probably are full of my previous
whining about this, I'll add a "me too" here. With /dev/irine it
worked - not with the newer versions. I've tried most of what came
to mind, including having Ericsson update the software in the phone to
newer versions - twice. I suspected that (since some list members reported
success) that it might be my phone which had a problem. It seems not to be
the case, so my solution will probably be to replace it with a Nokia 6210
(when it will be released this fall) or some such phone. I do -
unfortunately - not have time to invest in debugging the problem with the
Ericsson phone myself, so I will just take the "easy way out" I guess.
