        This mean that the Palm will refuse to recognise your Win box
as a valid Obex server, and so will refuse to send any Obex to it. It
won't even attempt to connect to it.
        A modified version of an Obex client could connect to your Win
box, but to get the source of Obex on the Palm, good luck. On the
other hand, you should be able to send Obex from your win box to the
Palm.
        I guess it's another case of "Open Source" rules. Forget
Windows, the IrDA stack is a total mess anyway and it has only given
us grief.
