Currently there are MODULE_* tags in the v9fs.c where the module_init
and module_exit etc. live, plus in the supporting file vfs_super.c
which isn't otherwise doing anything modular.

Put them all in the same file that is responsible for the modular
operations for consistency, paving the way for removal of module.h
from the non-modular supporting file at the same time.
