Unfortunately it is expected that you can subscribe to all the events,
even the ctrl_classes

I do not think that it is possible, you need to return -EACCESS if the
control exists and -EINVAL if it does not exist.
v4l_s_ext_ctrls does not know if the ctrl exists.
