How can "software-exclusive" be guaranteed in a run of the CAT test? If some hardware happens to allocate into the cache while the CAT test runs then the test is more likely to fail without there actually being a problem with resctrl. > > To enable CAT, if all bits are shared between hardware and software, > set shareable_mask to zero.
