Just to confirm, does "not supported on Arm" imply that perf_event_open() fails
when
exclude_idle is 1? Thus encountering:
EPERM Returned on many (but not all) architectures when an
unsupported
exclude_hv, exclude_idle, exclude_user, or exclude_kernel
setting is
specified.
